Health and fitness is my passion and one that I have been fortunate enough to share since 2005.
For the last decade & more I have been working hard to develop my own skills (always ongoing) so that I can provide top level coaching and nutrition to those of you that have the desire to better themselves. It is because if this desire to help and learn I have travelled the world doing what I love.
My philosophy is that when it comes to training and diet there is no “one size fits all”. It is about creating an individual specific program that is practical, healthy and motivating. I am here to enable you take control of your life by making healthy lifestyle changes through exercise and nutrition.
